Refund Policy

Digital Items:

Returns of digital items are accepted only on CEU processing services, and will be processed at 90% of purchase value. Email contact@signenhancers.com to initiate returns. No other returns/exchanges/credits of digital items are accepted.

Physical Items:

Upon receipt of your merchandise, please do not write on the product or packaging or damage the box or product in any way until you know your product works and you want to keep it.

Returns/Exchanges of physical items are accepted on damaged or non-functioning items only, and must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Please email Sign Enhancers immediately upon noting the need for return, and include images of the damaged product. We will reply with confirmation. Damaged merchandise must be returned to Sign Enhancers, postmarked within seven (7) days of receiving such reply, to be eligible for refund or exchange.

Repack the merchandise carefully and in original condition. Damaged merchandise must be returned in as close to its original state as possible, including original packaging. Send the merchandise, packing slip, and a brief explanation of the issue, prepaid with tracking to:

Returns will NOT be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Errors - Shipping errors must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of order.

Damaged Items - If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please do the following:
Keep all packaging materials in the same condition as you received them. Claims cannot be made if packing materials are missing.
Report the damage immediately to the carrier (UPS, Postal Service, or other carrier).
Do not ship the package back to Sign Enhancers, Inc.; wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package.
Call Sign Enhancers, Inc. to report the damage so that we can process a replacement order.
